General conditions for online bookings.
The specified conditions are valid when booking hotel accommodation and purchasing gift vouchers through the central reservation platform of "ZLATARSKO SM" EOOD - www.hotelsilverhills.com. In the event that promotional prices are available, additional payment terms and cancellation policies may apply and are an integral part of the description of the particular offer.
The offered hotel accommodation prices are valid only and only at the time of your visit to the "Reservations" section. They are subject to change and are dependent on hotel occupancy. "ZLATARSKO SM" EOOD reserves the right to refuse an received, confirmed and paid reservation in case of an unforeseen situation.

Prices.
Hotel accommodation prices are subject to change at any time and may be affected by hotel occupancy and demand at different times of the year. All prices for hotel accommodation in the booking platform include VAT. The price of your stay is guaranteed after completing the booking process and receiving confirmation with a reservation number and prepayment. "ZLATARSKO SM" EOOD reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation, in case of established abuse.
The final price chosen by you is per night/and/or stay and for the specific room, including tourist tax and VAT. In the event that during your stay you use additional services that are not specified in the description of the selected room type and offer, they should be paid on site at the hotel.
Promotional rates for hotel accommodation cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Prices do not include commission for tour operators or other persons.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy at Silver Hills Hotel.

Your reservation is considered confirmed after payment of the required deposit specified in the reservation form or the relevant offer. The reservation can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Only in these cases is it considered guaranteed. The bank account in BGN leva is written in the confirmation of your reservation. ZLATARSKO SM EOOD accepts payments by bank debit, credit or business card with the Visa and MasterCard logo.

In cases where an amount needs to be refunded, no matter in whole or in part, and the payment was made by card, we will refund the amount by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 20 days.

From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 3,000.

Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible up to 14 days before the check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

After the expiration of this period, in case of cancellation, the guest owes a penalty equal to the value of the first night.
In case of non-appearance due to a relevant reservation, the penalty is in the amount of the entire pre-paid amount, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds for reservations paid by card are made only to the card with which the payment was made.

Check-in and check-out of the premises.
Check-in time at Silver Hills Hotel is after 14:00. Any arrival before this time will be subject to hotel availability. The check-out time of the hotel room is until 12:00. Any later release of the room, after the standard regulated time, takes into account the occupancy of the hotel.
Late check-out after 12:00 must be requested in advance in writing or at the reception of the respective hotel. It is confirmed if possible by the hotel and is additionally charged and paid at the hotel reception. For additional information, contact the hotel reception or reservations department directly.

Use of parking.
Car parking is free of charge until the parking spaces are exhausted. If there are no free parking spaces on the day of your arrival, a reception employee will direct you to the nearest public parking lot.

Pets.
Accommodation with pets up to 10 kg is allowed. in the Silver Hills Hotel, with an additional fee of BGN 20 per day.

Tobacco smoking

Smoking is not allowed on the territory of the Silver Hills Hotel, except in designated outdoor areas.
If you do not comply with this requirement, you will be charged a fee of BGN 200 for additional cleaning and refreshment.

Personal data protection policy.
"ZLATARSKO SM" EOOD is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the ZZLD and processes the User's personal data to fulfill its obligations in connection with the reservation made by the User.
The personal data protection policy of "ZLATARSKO SM" EOOD regulates the type of information that is collected from Users, the method of its collection and the purposes of its use.
The provided personal data is fully protected and is used for the purpose of marketing analysis and a better understanding of the needs of the Users and accordingly improving the quality of the service offered. Without users' personal data, the internet reservation system could not be used to make reservations.
"Silver Hills Hotel" does not provide the name and e-mail address, which the user indicated when making the reservation, to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
